These pizzas are apparently made by Famous Ray's... which I think is an unrelated homage to the numerous Famous Ray's in NY. Which are mostly unrelated homages to the ONE original Famous Ray's. 😂 Either way, this is a great pie... Perhaps one of the most authentic "NY slices" in London. Crispy, super thin dough... Tangy sauce, lots of mozzarella. Is it Neapolitan? No. Is it great, on its own merit? YASSS!
