Lovely fresh plate of sashimi - and the two different cuts of salmon on this one plate were extremely different but both very delicious. The tuna was OUT OF THIS WORLD good. Would have loved some more of that! Of course compared to what @Coronaburg posted from his Japan trip, we just ate out of a garbage can. ;*)
