Part of the menu trio "Papa's 3 fish sashimi" for 26 bucks, and worth every damn penny. This fish was such a delicate taste sensation... enhanced splendidly by the citrus bite and the salty crystals. A beautiful start.

what a GREAT dish!!! the service is a wee bit slow and disorganized but the food... the food... perfect compensation lunch for hard work at the client meeting with perfect salmon, tuna, shrimp,octopus and squid. Fresh as can be, beautifully arranged - and perfect with that Ayinger beer..

Lovely fresh plate of sashimi - and the two different cuts of salmon on this one plate were extremely different but both very delicious. The tuna was OUT OF THIS WORLD good. Would have loved some more of that! Of course compared to what @Coronaburg posted from his Japan trip, we just ate out of a garbage can. ;*)

Apologies for the close-up of the tuna on the platter, but my lordy... that was some really amazing tuna. Just look at it!
