INARI SUSHI
Hawaii Sushi, HI 96826
Inari Sushi should have vinegar in it, AND absolutely not be too sweet in my book. The reason for vinegar: Inari is SUSHI, and sushi rice supposed to be vinaigrette rice.
The reason for sweet-less is also the same. Altho there's always a personal preference, the sweet/vinegar ratio can either make or break when it comes to inari/cone sushi.
This inari is unfortunately the latter. I understand that locals love sweeter seasoning on almost anything, AND inari is not an exception, almost always sweeter at any of sushi place/deli I go, except at St Louis Deli.
I don't see why this place is not opt for authentic🇯🇵 tho...😞
