LOBSTER SALAD

Gorgeous arugula and baby greens topped with big lobster claws and frizzle sweet potato. The tarragon ranch dressing was excellent. I love tarragon! There were a lot of little crunchies and things in there in a little bit of bacon but I couldn’t really tell what everything was but it all worked!
