Oh my gosh! Giant, abundant lobster meat very lightly dressed stuffed to over flowing in a liberally buttered & perfectly toasted Companion Bakery brioche roll. Seem like it was made with an entire lobster. Mind blowing.

Gorgeous arugula and baby greens topped with big lobster claws and frizzle sweet potato. The tarragon ranch dressing was excellent. I love tarragon! There were a lot of little crunchies and things in there in a little bit of bacon but I couldn’t really tell what everything was but it all worked!

I was not planning on eating out for lunch today but what's a woman to do when Sugarfire Tweets out this special of the day?! I'm just not that strong... I cannot resist a BLT and this one is phenomenal! Peppered & brown sugared bacon, arugula, tarragon lobster claw salad, and a fat, juicy fried green tomato on grilled Texas Toast. So good!

Not really a Casserole at all... just a giant vat of big lobster chunks and was a bit dry. I asked for melted clarified butter and that helped. It was delicious though! 6oz knuckle and claw meat, baked in a casserole dish with a Chablis lemon butter and topped with a simple breadcrumb stuffing.

1st course of the East Coast prix fixe. Just the right size and delish.

Sounds much better on the menu than it actually was. Maine lobster, bourbon apples, thyme remoulade, watercress sprouts. There was a good amount of lobster and very little thyme remoulade...Could have used a couple of teaspoons more just to hold it together. Watercress sprouts were missing. The toasted bread wasn’t a good match, so I ditched it after the first couple of bites. I don’t believe I would order this again.
