BACON GOUDA BURGER

Just utterly unseasoned… the bacon offers the much needed salt the rest of the burger lacks. The smoked Gouda offers the savory and richness I would hope to pair with a brisket burger. The black-pepper aioli is creamy but doesn’t offer much for flavor, just moisture. Bacon, Gouda, and a nicely toasted bun can only carry a bland burger so far…
