SQUID ON FAVA

I hate it when food sounds delicious and looks great, yet ends up being meh. This was squid cooked in white wine, tomato paste and thyme, then served over split-pea puree. I'm not sure what was wrong here — the squid was fresh, well-cooked and melt-in-your-mouth soft, yet neither it nor the fava were exciting. Oh well. €14
