Riddle me shocked! These novel bites from a Mexican fast food joint are… really good?! Sure it’s hard to screw up chicken, but these bites are tender and juicy on the inside and LOADED with flavor in the crispy tortilla chip breading. Tons of salt and pepper here, and the sauces accompanying them are good too. The biggest drawback here is that the breading does not really adhere to the chicken, so eating them is somewhat clumsy. Despite that, really good!
