going back to Bavaria, Mrs. Carastian followed the Bavarian rule that Weissbier is kind of a "breakfast juice" (according to the dearly missed, @Reverend)... decent Hefe Weizen (if it can be found outside of Bavaria.. just sayin...;-)) but with a crazy yellow coloring.
