Another round at Ippudo... This was the ‘Ippudo Kuro’, thick chewy noodles with barbecued pork, flavoured black fungus, spring onions, bean sprouts served in a spicy blended miso paste, fragrant garlic oil and black pepper soup. (Again, I read the menu and took the details! ;p). The noodles were as described, and quite delicious. The broth had flavour and some zing! The toppings were tasty enough!
