In what we'll term a "what the hell" moment, me, @furflebear & shob went ahead and ordered this $60 piece of sushi TO SHARE. I don't think I'd ever had raw beef before but I was pleasantly surprised by its buttery flavor. The price? $60 + tax + mild disdain and outrage from the chef when yours truly requested that he dissect it for sharing. :P
