Absolutely would rate this dish higher if it wasn’t for the mayonnaise which was my fault as I didn’t read the menus properly. However despite the mayonnaise the onigiri was very fresh and the ingredients were well prepared. The rice was as good as you can get here in the Uk, which was complimented by the crispy, salty seaweed outside. Furthermore the salmon was tender and super and all of those paired great with the pickled ginger on the top. Would recommend if you like these or haven’t had them before. #Foodreview #Onigiri
