As we bring in 2019 we fondly remember one of our favourite finds of 2018 - @hotstonelondon! A seemingly unassuming restaurant in Angel from the outside but it’s some of the best quality Japanese cooking we’ve had both in terms of preparation/combinations as well as ingredients. Here’s there delicious fatty tuna with red & green jalapeño sauce and a touch of caviar!
