Wow... We learned so much about coconuts here!! This might be old news for a lot if you - I want to share anyways. Presented here is a 'middle aged' coconut. You can see the firm flesh that one might get in a store bought one. It takes several YEARS to get to that. The water slowly turns into this hard flesh.
