SLOW-COOKED LAMB

I’m not actually sure what cut of lamb this was, but it was slow cooked for 3 hours and was fall-apart soft, rich, and really nicely flavoured. I don’t rate this amazing because I thought the side were a bit lacking, just giant potatoes and a slice of lemon. A couple of the pieces also seemed to be more fat than lamb.
