CROSSIANT W GOAT CHEESE, TOMATOES, & SPINACH

SO GOOD ! very savory, the goat cheese had an amazing smooth texture, the crossiant wasn’t hard - was very fluffy & not crispy ! the tomatoes were squishy, but in the fresh way, & the spinach wasn’t wilted: wish i could make these at home!
