Nicely seasoned fries that just fall short due to how thick they are cut. A thinner cut would allow the seasoning to carry an appropriate amount of potato, but there’s just more fluffy potato in each bite that can’t be handled by the seasoning. Good overall despite, but definitely aided by ketchup.
