TRIO OF SHRIMP CAKE SLIDERS
Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar, Winston-Salem
Large chunks of shrimp made into cakes. Kinda like crab cakes. Lemon peppercorn remoulade also add moisture to the crustless bread rounds. So nice I've ordered twice.
