Someone converted a halal cart into a cart that sells Thai food! Restored my faith in pad see ew. Used to love this dish but I’ve had it so many times where it was just oily and bland. Here though the noodles had plenty of flavor and there was a good ratio of all the ingredients. And for only $8!
