Thin crust pizza base topped with homemade tomato sauce, gorgonzola, blue cheese, mozzarella and fresh ricotta. Four cheese pizzas are definitely my favourites and I love the fact that this one has ricotta on it, it’s a nice Maltese twist on the typical four cheese. The cheeses are always melted beautifully and compliment each other so well.
