Essentially bread pudding deep fried with a thin churro like cinnamon sugar exterior and a custard with a brulee top with freshly whipped cream. When you say it all together it sounds obvious that it will be good, but it was truly amazing. The fried exterior was thin and crackled nicely under the spoon and bread pudding was light and not too sticky. I usually have problems with creme brulee because the sugar on top gets stuck in my teeth, but this just dissolved. Absolutely superb.
