Grilled mahi mahi and shrimp is a favorite of mine. A good portion of fish and four plump shrimp prepared with a tasty bourbon sauce. Everything on the platter gets dipped. The mashed potatoes and crispy, thinly sliced onion straws are a perfect addition.
