With house kimchi, chili mayo, cilantro, lime. The warm, very tender pork shoulder contrasts invitingly with the cool, crunchy medium spicy kimchi & chili mayo. The cilantro & lime are perfect enhancements. The pillow- soft bun with a yeasty, crusty outside envelopes it all lovingly. Or maybe that was me enveloping the whole darn delicious thing! I literally did get on a plane for this! And many other dishes to come.
