I LOVED this!! It might be a tie with my favorite dish. This is another Chef Charbel dish from Top Chef World Allstars. It was sweet and delicate...the sauce had such depth of flavor! We needed bread to sop up everything (we used our fingers instead). This is NOT on the menu at Ladyhawk, but everyone should request it so that he gives in and adds it.
