I do not know if I will ever have a better tortilla. Perfectly runny (if you don’t like it runny, you’d better tell the chef, though I’m not so sure you won’t just get a weird look and a runny, delicious tortilla). It’s so good. And to watch the chefs make it, flipping it between the pan and the underside of the lid, is pretty cool too. #tapas #tortilla
