We went to the second Bibim pop up and this time it’s at Amok. The chef is Korean and the first pop up was at Havana (on Eaten if you’re interested). We were one of the first people to arrive and this was served incorrectly with items for the second course. It wasn’t a big deal and it still kinda worked.
