CHICKEN AND WILD RICE SOUP

Tender chicken and nicely cooked wild rice in a chicken-flavored broth. The broth seemed to be a corn starch base instead of one of cream. That is fine, but necessarily not as flavorful. Definitely could have gone for a touch more salt and some added vegetables to round this out.
