This is, for me, the Mt Everest Peak of tortelli. Spinach pasta parcels with a ricotta, mushroom, and black truffle filling... not black truffle oil (can’t stand the stuff), not black truffle essence (again, it’s the scourge of the culinary world), but REAL black truffles (which are God’s heavenly turds on Earth) 😂😂😂 These are so amazing, I went back the next day for another helping. Divine. 🙏🏻
