It’s certainly the softest and fluffiest cheesecake I had ever seen in my life. It definitely melts in your mouth like a dream cloud. But the taste was not what I expected. It’s not very sweet at all and reminds me a little of very slightly sweetened plain bread. . In any case, the experience was worth it. You get to see behind glass walls how the cheesecakes are made from start to finish. Each time the cakes freshly come out the oven, a bell is rung and everyone cheers!
