Happy National Crème Brûlée day! Today marks my first time creating Crème Brûlée, something I’d always thought set restaurants apart from what I believed I was capable of creating. How wrong I was! It only took a $20 blow torch which really wasn’t that hard to use. This was the perfect blend of sweet and creamy with very intense flavor that came from infusing the cream with a split pod of vanilla bean.
