Tagliolini with a delicate sauce made of Parmesan cheese and pepper - Otherwise known as Via Emilia’s take on ‘Cacio e Pepe’. It isn’t the best version I have had in London (tough call I eat pasta A LOT) but was our favourite dish of the day 🍝 🇮🇹🍴
