A top 5 pizza, maybe top 3. Stunning. Really good dough, great depth of flavour. The smoked burrata was delicious (and really fresh) and the truffle just lifted it up. Pizza was cooked beautifully. I'm sincerely hoping the quality wasn't a one off.
