It’s probably the biggest delusion of the day 😭 I waited so much to try an okonomiyaki and today finally found a Japanese okonomiyaki stand in the food street festival in Baden. I don’t know why I was expecting totally a different consistency... this was omelette-like and the taste was bland... despite the Bonito flakes as topping.
