Tender pork belly, tofu and a hard-boiled egg. Braised belly in a rich broth that’s made by first making a caramel, then adding garlic, ginger, “seasoning sauce,” fish sauce and star anise.  Topped with house-fermented mustard greens, Chinese celery, & cilantro.
