Rigatoni pasta with a lemon, mascarpone & white wine sauce, king prawns and Gran Formaggio cheese. Excellent portion size, although a few more prawns would have been nice. The sauce was delicious and not overwhelmingly lemon-y, and was a good enough amount so as to not make the dish too saucy.
