A strong 8 out of 10. Nicely cooked white rice and finely chopped veggie. Usually with Korean rice bowl, to achieve the sticky rice texture, rice should be boiled and cooked straightaway inside the stone bowl. This one definitely has the that texture. it also has all kinds of veggie which really makes the whole bowl have a chewy textual. Stripy veggies, esp mushrooms and bean sprouts, add the extra chewyness and refreshingness. All go well just in a bowl for nutrition and aesthetic.
