STRAWBERRY RED VELVET CAKE

Such a tender crumb & a lovely subtle chocolate flavor. I imagine there are strawberries, too, but everything is so subtly blended it’s hard to taste a separate flavor. The result, though, is too good! Oh & that light, fluffy Swiss meringue buttercream frosting goes so well & can be eaten on its own!
