Fresh, authentic, traditional 🇹🇭 Located in Hereford Butter market is a small stall called ThaiTastic which serves up some amazing and delicious Thai food. The menu itself is something special as all their dishes are originally from Thailand which adds to the authenticity of the food itself which I really value. Both the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their craft and you can taste that in the food. Had to order a Pad Thai which just had all the flavours and textures you’d want and expect from the dish. Fresh, crisp veggies, paired with some chewy and bouncy noodles, both textures complement each other very well, then with the added crushed peanuts, it just elevates the whole dish completely. Not many people in this market, yet everyone seemed super satisfied with every stall, especially the Thai, and I know I was.
