Attempted one of my favorite soups of all time for the first time with fresh corn (as opposed to the traditional canned cream-style corn) today. Proud of self for up-cycling several corn cobs and a sad lonely slice of smoked turkey ham nobody wanted to eat into a hearty pot of corn-suffused goodness! ATK’s method of ribboning eggs to produce that legit-looking egg drop soup look was also incredibly helpful!
