Sitiawan-style kampua mee tossed in a dark soy sauce and lard mixture. The noodles had a nice, chewy bouncy texture. So QQ! Fried wantons were decent too, thin skin and not greasy. I won’t comment on the charsiew as I don’t favour this style of lean meat charsiew 🙈.
