Blackened #Steak Skewers. Freshly prepared Flat Iron steak, cubed and marinated in #Cajun seasoning, skewered with slices of red #pepper and red #onion. Served with corn, #coleslaw, fries and a jug of #BBQ sauce on the side. We swapped a skewer each as My son ordered the Cajun Chicken skewers, It was lovely.
