The most delicious cheese toastie I've had in a while comes from @efbrothers located at William the Fourth pub in Leyton. Called the Grilled Kim Kong Kimcheese, its filled with aged gouda and spicy fermented kimchi, balanced perfectly so that in each mouthful you got umami, saltyness from the cheese and spicy tang from the kimchi. This alone made my trip to East London worthwhile! 😻 5/5 . .
