Bing is a type of Chinese street food similar to crepes & generally eaten for breakfast. This crepe was comprised of a mixture of grains & filled with the customary egg (although organic) spread thin, sauce & crispy cracker. It was the lamb special, so tender lamb was added. I really enjoyed the mix of flavors & textures.
