Sautéed grasshoppers in olive oil, salt and pepper. They were actually pretty good. Crispy on the outside and soft and squishy on the inside. I think they would be a good drinking food item as they were salty so went down well with a good margarita or a cold alcoholic beverage. The bf didn't like them because of the textured though.
