Quite good flavours but I was expecting potato in the 'hash' which would have made it more substantial, also it was all kind of one texture - mushy ish. And if the egg was a duck egg then I would be very surprised.
Definitely should have been served with toast or had a crunchier texture like potatoes of some kind in my opinion. I think the curry oil flavour could have been more prominent too but regardless, I did enjoy the flavours.
