Again, not sure I’d get on a plane just for this (luckily I only have to get on the subway), but it was so good! I would definitely order it on a plane. So earthy & creamy with homemade al dente pasta. Made with maitake mushrooms, thyme, Parmigiano Reggiano. Sigh...
