Flavours were really good. I love crab and it was so good with the pea and lemon salad and the puffed rice (look a bit like fried bugs!) Added a lovely toasty flavour and welcome crunchy texture. But... the "panna cotta" which was quite dense, felt more like a terrine, was weird. Crab has such a beautiful texture naturally, it felt like this ruined it for me. I didn't get it at all. It did have some proper crab on the side as well which was nice. Flavour wise it was lovely though. #pescatarian
