Pink guava semifreddo, sake granita, yogurt crumble, guava compote, lime scented mascarpone. There are two desserts here that I consider Masterpieces and this is one of them. It may seem like there’s a lot going on but every element serves a purpose. And that sprinkling of crushed pink peppercorns gives it a little bit more excitement, that little bit of extra zing that just can’t be described with words. Absolutely brilliant.
