Beth's roll had snow crab, asparagus and tuna inside wrapped in cucumber (no rice). I had the dynamite roll made with brown rice. It's a Cali roll topped with spicy bay scallops. #yummo. Love this place. I've only been 4 times since they opened and they remember me & the waiters are super friendly and sweet.
